Projects supported by Papa's Home are expected to directly benefit, and to result in the healthy development of orphans, and/or poor and destitute children and youths.

Institutions supported by Papa's Home must:

1. Have declared objectives that correspond to the overall charity objectives of  Papa's Home;
2. Show evidence of results suggesting that they are realizing their declared objectives; and
3. Demonstrate satisfactory accountability for the funds they receive and spend.
