In general terms, Papa's Home operates by:

(i) Identifying, visiting, and documenting orphanages and institutions that have demonstrated effectiveness in promoting the healthy growth of orphans and/or destitute children;

(ii) creating, managing, and making donations in cash and in kind to, orphanages, homes, or other institutions where orphans, street children, and other poor or destitute children can experience healthy growth and development;

(iii) identifying and mobilizing financial, material, and human resources to carry out the work described in (i) and (ii) above;

(iv) providing financial, human, and material resources to institutions which care for poor children indirectly by caring for poor widows;

(v) linking up donors with orphanages and other institutions which can effectively apply their donations in the care of orphans and other destitute children; and

(vi) creating in foreign countries local subsidiary companies, local Boards of Trustees, local Committees, or such other institutional structures as may be necessary for the purpose of facilitating the work of the corporation.

More specifically, Papa's Home will continue and expand the activities of its founders on behalf of orphans and destitute children. For example, in the last few years, the founder of Papa's Home has visited and made donations of cash, clothing, school materials, and movies of education and wholesome entertainment to ten orphanages and orphan care institutions in Malawi, Nepal, Nigeria, and Zambia. He has also reported on the institutions visited, and linked some of them up with donors in the USA. Papa's Home will continue and expand such activities.

In addition, where a real need is identified for more children's homes, and subject to the availability of funds, and approval of the local authorities, Papa's Home may establish one or more orphan reception and rehabilitation centers in one or more of its countries of operation.
